Guide to the West Side of Disney Springs

Disney Springs, formerly Downtown Disney, is one of the best places to hang out in Orlando. It's a great place to walk around, eat and shop. They have a live concert venue in the House of Blues, a huge movie theater, and an expanded shopping section with stores such as Anthropologie, Basin, Mac and Sephora, Lucky Brand, Coach, and a plethora of Disney shops with exclusive Disney merchandise. The Orlando Museum of Art is one of my favorite museums and is a beautiful place to spend a day in Orlando. What To Wear To Universal Studios Orlando

Exploring the Harry Potter world at Universal Orlando is one of my favorite experiences. New Menu at Tijuana Flats Brings Fresh Flavors To Orlando's Tex-Mex 🌮

The evening at Tijuana Flats started out with a Tex-Mexican pizza. It was really flavorful and packed that punch of traditional flavor. Ground beef and red sauce topped with cheese made it a Western pizza. The toppings of tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and jalapenos made it more modern and tastier to eat. Christmas Holidays at Disney - Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Crawl

At Disney's Polynesian Resort. "Mele kalikimaka" means Merry Christmas in Hawaiian. I was transported to Hawaii when I was checking out the Christmas trees at Disney's Polynesian Resort. 30th Anniversary of the Jack Kerouac Project

Jack Kerouac was one of the great beatnik writers and he lived in a house in Winter Park, Florida for part of his career. This is where he penned The Dharma Bums. The house is now an area of historical significance and has been turned into the Writers in Residence Program, a foundation for contemporary writers today. #ootd - stylish coat and boots

DRIP - live Orlando show on iDrive

The DRIP show in Orlando, Florida on Idrive is one of my favorite local performances. This show combines dance with art as they use materials such as paint and sand during the performance. It's a really beautiful and visually stunning show, completely unique with that art house look. Hurricane Irma - The Preparation

As I write this for my blog I am by candlelight because of Hurricane Irma.
