One of my favorite parts of the summer is the Blue Bunny ice cream truck. It's a quick sweet treat that you can customize to make your own. You can choose what kind of cookies you want as well as the ice cream flavors, and you can have a cookie of one flavor paired with a cookie of another. This one features a peanut butter cookie, and chocolate chip cookie, vanilla ice cream and rainbow sprinkles. It is so delicious and flavorful. I can't wait till it comes around again!
