Orlando Food - Sus Hi Eat Station

I got to try Su Shi Eatstation, one of the most popular Orlando cafes in the area of the University of Central Florida, and the food was fantastic. It turns the tradition of sushi into a modern quick service form.

The ingredients are fresh and you can make your selections to mix and match and create your own unique creations in either a bowl, a traditional roll or in a wrap. I chose a wrap with shrimp, spicy mayo, cheese, cucumber, avocado, and other tasty ingredients and got it tempura fried, and it was so delicious. I also tried the rice fries, which are rice wrapped in nori. They were reminiscent of real potato fries and very flavorful, especially if you get them loaded.

They also have a selection of Asian sodas. I chose my favorite, the lychee flavor. To open it you have to press the marble down out of the top.

They're having a celebration week though the 29th of August. They're also planning on expanding soon in the greater Orlando area. I received some amazing food in exchange for a blog post and Instagram post. #sponsored
