The Boheme inside the @grandbohemianorlando hotel
has an amazing menu for Magical Dining Month. The lobster bisque, the bohemian salad filled with arugula, brie and cranberries, and the seafood cake all paired well with each other in the appetizer round.
The baked salmon was served on a bed of rice, tomatoes, olives and spinach with a delicious tzatziki sauce. The classic beef came with a truffle purée and brocolini, and the pork chop had a nice savory sauce with heirloom carrots and potatoes.
The Spanish Tempranillo red wine paired well with every dish.
For dessert, the Nutella lava cake melted in just the right way. The pineapple gelato was suprisingly refreshing and the blueberry cheesecake was a classic. I believe I have found a new all time favorite place. 🍷🥗🥘
