Some of the #otownbloggersquad had an amazing time at the #sipandmingle conference! It was run by the amazing Simple and Pretty Co. and TaraMetBlog. It was wonderful to see them again, as I had met them on my Naples trip a few months ago. There were bloggers from all across the state at the event, including Tampa, Naples, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale and other remote places in scenic Florida. The event was hosted at Marriott, and sponsored by brands such as Land’s End, Wine Society and Happy Healthy Co. Each influencer walked away with not only knowledge, confidence and a swag bag, but some amazing networking connections! Seeing @thebrownblonde and @adriana_mf in real life was such a good time! The event had many fantastic sponsors, both in person and in the swag bag that each attendee received. There were eighteen brands all together, carried home in a red Land's End bag. Pictured above is the business of czcalligraphy, who wrote either our names or usernames on a beautiful piece of marble. Flash Tattoos had a packet of their cool temporary tattoos, I love to wear them to the beach because it creates a cool tan mark.
The sipping part of the event was sponsored by Wine Society and Flying Embers. Flying Embers had an organic hard kombucha. I am a big fan of kombucha and had never tried a hard version. There were three distinct flavors to choose from, Ancient Berry, Ginger and Oak and Lemon Orchard. Wine Society provided a rose in similar packaging. I sampled each of the four drinks offered and I was a fan of all of them. The rose was definitely a hit at the gathering and the table was cleared by the end of the night.
