Finally made it out to @floridaspacecoast this weekend! I love going to Cocoa Beach, it’s a hidden gem and it’s only an hour and a half drive from Orlando! @kennedyspacecenter is a short drive from the beach, and I love going there and seeing all the amazing space history! Cocoa Beach is the perfect place to watch a @spacex rocket launch. The pier is a popular place, I love going to @coconutsotb! Great food and drinks with a beautiful ocean view. My favorite is the Coconut Crusted Shrimp, the Conch Fritters are also really good if you like seafood! They cater to eating gluten free, which is amazing to find when dining out. The @ronjonofficial at Cocoa is open 24 hours, and is great for some beach themed shopping and surf gear, and they offer surf lessons! Cocoa is definitely the beach I visit the most. There’s so many cool places to explore at @floridaspacecoast! The @explorationtower at Cocoa Beach is a seven story architectural landmark filled with exhibits and activities. Visually stunning, it has breathtaking views of Port Canaveral. It’s close to the cruise ship terminals so you can watch them sail by from the top of the observation deck, and on special occasions the Exploration Tower stays open so you can watch a rocket launch. The Tower is also available to reserve for an event! I love going to Orlando’s closest beach, it’s so conveniently close at an hour and a half drive.
