Sanaa: Authentic African Food at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
top of page

Inside of the Animal Kingdom Lodge is Sanaa, an African restaurant with flavors of India. In parts of Africa, especially on the southeastern side, many people have moved there from India. They brought their traditions and food culture with them, and in the cuisine of modern Africa you experience a syncretization of traditional African foods, Indian food, and Afrikaans and English traditions. My mom and I ordered the Indian Bread Service, which features nine different spreads

Guide to Disney After Hours: Hollywood Studios
More fun at Disney After Hours, this time at Hollywood Studios! It was my first time visiting Toy Story Land, because every time I had checked the Disney Parks app the wait time had been at least 80 minutes! At After Hours it was only 5 minutes 😱😍 It was so much fun! The classic Slinky Dog Dash roller coaster, the Alien Swirling Saucers, and a ride I had never seen on a blog or vlog called Toy Story Mania. It’s a 4D interactive game where the cart moves you around to differ

Guide to Disney After Hours: Animal Kingdom
Thank you so much to Disney for inviting me to Disney After Hours as media! The first event was at Animal Kingdom and there was only a 5 minute wait for Pandora! When we got to the park before it closed for regular hours there was a 160 minute wait for the Pandora ride Flight of Passage. My boyfriend and I rode it twice! It’s so beautiful how the Tree of Life in the center of the park lights up at night, and the Rivers of Light show was as beautiful as ever! Everything was ma

Thanks to the wonderful cast member Danielle who spent some time with me taking my photo. India Station at Epcot's Food & Wine Festival: Enjoy Somrus
“When life gives you lemons, give it back and say I wanted a mango!” 🧡 I got the Mango Lassi drink with @enjoysomrus from the India station at Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival. It has a really delicious flavor filled with exotic spices that give you a warm and fuzzy feeling, with pieces of fresh mango on top. Will definitely get another one every time I go back to the festival! 😄🇮🇳🥂🧡 #Disneyfood #Disneyfoodblogger #Disney #Disneyblogger #DisneyParks #Disneyblog #WaltDisne

What to Bring With You For A Day At Disney
Millions of tourists come through Orlando every year to go to Disney. I've lived in Orlando for almost all of my life and I can remember going to the theme parks since I was a toddler! Here is a list of some crucial things to bring with you and what is best to wear to the parks: 1. Sunscreen Every year I see people who end up getting severely sunburnt. Avoid becoming a lobster by wearing that SPF 50. 2. Water Bottle If you are at the park all day you will need hydration. Ther

What To Wear To Disney: Disney Cruise Line Style
Styling a top from a Disney Cruise over a decade ago. I found it in my closet and it still looked really cute and chic. I styled it with red sunglasses, a newsboy cap hat and white shorts, and my Jord watch. #Disneystyle #Disneyblogger #WaltDisneyWorld #Disneyblog #Orlandofashionblogger #KatrinaBelle #KatrinaBelleBeauty #Orlandotravelblog #Orlandovacation #Orlandotravelblogger #Orlando #Disneyblogger #Disney #Disneytravel #DisneyParks #Travelblog #Floridatravelblogger #Travel

What To Wear To Disney: English Garden at Epcot
"Let light shine out of darkness." In the English garden at Epcot. This spot used to be overlooked, but now it is still a popular photo op spot ever since I did the photoshoot here. It is a really beautiful spot, especially when everything is flowering and the garden attracts butterflies. Sometimes you can meet Alice from Alice in Wonderland here. #Disney #Epcot #Disneyblogger #Disneystyle #KatrinaBelle #KatrinaBelleBeauty #DisneyParks #Disneyblog #Disneyblogger #WaltDisneyWo

What To Wear To Disney: Star Tours
I went to Star Tours at Disney's Hollywood Studios. They had updated the ride again to reflect the most recent Star Wars movie, "The Last Jedi." It was jaw droppingly amazing, and included sequences from the new trilogy such as the Battle of Crait, the salty planet that turns red as the battle progresses. R2-D2 and C-3PO are your guides once again. They were a welcome sight after being temporarily replaced by a novice droid in an earlier version of the ride. Happy Star Wars D

Disney's Animal Kingdom and the World of Pandora
I headed over to Animal Kingdom to check out the World of Pandora from the movie Avatar. It was a fantastical addition to the park and pictures don't quite do it justice. #KatrinaBelle #KatrinaBelleBeauty #Disney #Disneyblogger #AnimalKingdom #DisneyParks #Disneyblog #WaltDisneyWorld #WorldofPandora #Orlandoinfluencer #OrlandoInstagrammer #Orlandotravelblog #Orlandotravelblogger #Orlandovlogger #OrlandoYouTuber #Floridablogger #Floridafashionblogger #Orlandoblogger #Orlandofa

What To Wear To Disney: Red Leather Skirt
This picturesque spot can be found at Raglan Road at Disney Springs, right around the corner of the entrance. Raglan Road is an Irish style pub that features traditional food and live entertainment. It's still family oriented and Disney themed, and has that charming European feel. #KatrinaBelle #KatrinaBelleBeauty #Orlandofashionblogger #Disneyblogger #DisneySprings #Disney #Fashion #Orlandotravelblog #Orlandotravelblogger #Travel #Travelblog #Travelblogger #Disneystyle #Disn

Discovering Mission Space at Disney's Epcot
Hidden on the left side of Future World at the front of the park at Epcot lies Mission Space. On the right side of the park are The Land, which houses the ever popular Soarin' ride, and The Sea, which has a huge aquarium and a ride inside. When I was a kid they only had what is now called the Orange level at Mission Space, which is a simulator of a voyage to Mars. They have since added in a Green level that is safe for kids and simulates piloting a rocket that circles the Ear

Flower and Garden Festival at Disney's Epcot
The annual Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot has always been one of my favorite Disney events. Ever since I was a kid I was fascinated with learning the different kinds of plants and growing them in my parent's backyard. My favorite elective class in middle school was horticulture because I got to spend time in the school greenhouse making things grow. As I got older my parents and I started a vegetable garden of our own that proved to be very fruitful. I'm definitely a nat

Disney's Hollywood Studios
Disney's Hollywood Studios is one of my favorite places to go. With my pass I like to go for a few hours and have some fun. There are a ton of rides at this park and cute Disney things to buy and eat. The theme of this park is modeled after Hollywood and Los Angeles. Walking through the park gives you that feeling of being in the golden age of Hollywood and old L.A. The front of the park is filled with buildings modeled in the Art Deco style from the 1930's. There is a cute l

Guide to the West Side of Disney Springs
Disney Springs, formerly Downtown Disney, is one of the best places to hang out in Orlando. It's a great place to walk around, eat and shop. They have a live concert venue in the House of Blues, a huge movie theater, and an expanded shopping section with stores such as Anthropologie, Basin, Mac and Sephora, Lucky Brand, Coach, and a plethora of Disney shops with exclusive Disney merchandise. They have specialty chef's restaurants such as Morimoto's and Wolfgang Puck's, Ghirar

Birthday at Magic Kingdom - Part 2
The fireworks show was spectacular and I want to go back again and again. It was so packed there were people staking out spots for the fireworks hours in advance. The food at the theme parks is one of the best parts. A crowd of people saw me eating a turkey leg and rushed in to get one. Getting a Mickey shaped ice cream is one of the hallmarks of spending a day at the park. It has vanilla ice cream enveloped in rich dark chocolate. It started to melt from the heat as I was lo
